I am not a tea person but when I opted towards a healthy lifestyle then I started to have it. In the beginning, it was much of a task acquiring that peculiar taste but with time I got accustomed to it, and seldom has a day passed by when I do not have my cup of green tea.

One of the benefits of green tea is that it helps in increasing metabolic activity which results in fat burning. It was found during a research study that people who had green tea before a workout burnt 17% more fat than those who did not have it.

H. pylori infections are one of the most common types of stomach infection. It is a microorganism that is present in the normal flora of the stomach but when it increases in number it harms the stomach wall lining by its acidic impact.
