Place a lumbar support cushion at your back and sit on a coccyx seat cushion to protect your tailbone.
Never sit in one place for more than 30 minutes
The general rule of thumb is to walk for a total of 3 minutes for every half an hour of the sitting phase.
While sitting in a revolving chair, twist with your whole body instead of by just your waist.
Even if you are in your early 20’s, you must start taking care of your back and it will take you a long way.
Bend your knees at a right angle and your feet planted on the floor.
Do not strain your neck, rather move your mobile at eye level.
